Last updated: June 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of filedex.vip (the "Site") and any training programs, digital content, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Filedex Learning Inc. ("Filedex", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your province/territory to purchase Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity on your account.
2) Purchases, access, and changes
Fees, included features, and access periods are described at checkout or within the applicable program page. We may update or discontinue parts of the Services; if a material change affects paid access, we will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
3) Acceptable use
- Do not copy, resell, share, or publicly post program materials or give others access to your account.
- Do not use the Site to break the law, infringe rights, transmit malware, scrape or probe security, or interfere with operation.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
4) Intellectual property and licence
We (or our licensors) own the Services, including videos, text, templates, and branding. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5) User content
If you submit content (e.g., comments, assignments), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, and process it to operate, improve, and provide the Services. You represent you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate law or others’ rights.
6) Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Training is for educational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Results are not guaranteed and depend on your circumstances and effort.
7) Non-affiliation / no accreditation
Unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing for a specific program, Filedex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by any government body, educational institution, or certification organization, and completion does not grant an official credential.
8) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Filedex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Filedex for the Services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event. Some provinces/territories do not allow certain limitations; your rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not waived.
9) Dispute process and governing law
Before starting a formal proceeding, please contact us to attempt informal resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the laws of British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Where permitted by law, the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia will have jurisdiction.
10) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
