Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Scope

This policy explains refund eligibility, timelines, and cancellation rules for purchases made on filedex.vip. Product-specific terms shown at checkout (including any “final sale” notice) form part of your order.

2) Refund eligibility (one-time purchases)

• Standard refund window: within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content and no completion certificate has been issued.
• Non-refundable: amounts paid for taxes, payment processing, or non-course deliverables may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and disclosed at checkout.
• Digital content notice: if immediate access is provided, some consumer protections may vary by province. We will honor any mandatory rights applicable to your province/territory.

3) How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with: (a) the email used at checkout, (b) order date, (c) course/subscription name, and (d) reason for the request. We may ask for additional details to locate your order.

4) Processing timelines & method

• We aim to review requests within 5 business days.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank/card issuer may take 5–10 business days (or longer) to post the credit.

5) Cancellations & auto-renewing subscriptions (if applicable)

• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew at the stated interval unless cancelled before the renewal date/time shown in your account or receipt.
• Cancel anytime: cancellation stops future renewals. Access remains until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Proration: we do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.
• Free trials/promotions: if offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

6) Chargebacks & payment disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of access while the dispute is investigated. If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, we may re-enable access after payment is settled.

7) Access, downloads, and completion certificates

• If a refund is issued, your course/subscription access ends and any completion certificate issued for the refunded course may be revoked/invalidated.
• If you cancel a subscription without a refund, access continues until the period end and certificates earned during paid access remain valid.
