This Privacy Policy explains how Filedex Learning Inc. ("Filedex", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you use filedex.vip. We follow Canada’s private-sector privacy laws, including PIPEDA and applicable provincial legislation.
Personal information we collect
- Account & forms: name, email, login credentials, profile details, and any information you submit in forms.
- Payments: billing details and transaction information. Card/payment data is handled by our payment processors; we typically receive limited payment tokens and confirmation.
- Support: messages, attachments, and related contact details.
- Usage & device data: IP address, device/browser identifiers, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location, and cookie/SDK identifiers.
- Analytics/ads tags: cookie or pixel identifiers that measure performance and help deliver or limit advertising (where enabled).

Children
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
